摘    要:作者对8个项目112名运动员进行了尿17羟皮质类固醇、17—酮类固醇24小时排量的检查。结果表明:运动员的肾上腺皮质分泌功能均大于正常对照组,差异有显著性。另外,随运动项目和训练年限的不同,肾上腺皮质分泌功能亦有差异。

Abstract:Tests were conducted on the amounts of 17-OHCS and 17-KS in 112 athletes' urine in 24 hoursin regard to eight items, and follow-up observations were made over a period of three years, againsta control group to find out the relation between physical exercise and the function of adrenalcortex. Results: 1) The mean value per 24 hrs was 10.96±0.32 (X±SD) mg for 17-OHCS and 12.23± 0.28 mg for 17-KS. 2) In the follow-up observations, it was 12.25±0.39 mg for 17-OHCS and10.65±0.39 mg for 17-KS in 1982; 13. 34±1.43 mg for 17-OHCS and 12.54±1.39 mg for 17-KS in1983; and 13.91±1.99 mg for 17-OHCS and 12.71±1.82 mg for 17-KS in 1984. The athletes showed better functions in the secretion of adrenal cortex than the control group,with a significant difference of P<0.01-due to the stress secretion produced in the process oftraining. There were also differences between different sports and training loads and perlods.
