中西医结合治疗胫腓骨开放性骨折40例疗效分析

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗胫腓骨开放性骨折的疗效；方法：将80例胫腓骨开放性骨折患者按照住院先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组，时照组采用西医治疗，观察组采用中西医结合治疗。结果：观察组40例患者平均疗程69d，临床愈合38例，占95．0％，延迟愈合2例，占5．0％。对照组40例患者平均疗程85d，临床愈合33例，占82．5％，延迟愈合7例，占17．5％。结论：中西医结合治疗胫腓骨骨折可以促进患者骨折愈合，减少治疗时间。
