部队功能性胃肠疾病流行特征分析

目的调查某部队功能性胃肠疾病(FGIDs)人群分布状况及相关因素。方法采取多层次、整群、随机抽样的方法调查6720人,采用罗马Ⅲ分类及诊断标准设计问卷,进行流行病学现场调查。结果该部队FGIDs总患病率为25.04%(1683/6720),其中肠易激综合征患病率最高,为13.02%;其他患病率从高到低依次为功能性消化不良5.92%、功能性便秘5.49%等。1683人中有804人表现为两种及两种以上症状者,即FGIDs的症状重叠率为47.77%(804/1683)。结论FGIDs是影响部队人群生活质量的一类常见疾病,可以通过加强对FGIDs的研究,以减少FGIDs的发生,提高部队人群的生活质量。

Epidemic Characteristic Analysis on Functional Gastrointestinal Disorders in Army

Objective To investigate the distribution of functional gastrointestinal disorders in a military army. Methods A cross-scetional study was carried out. Based on multigate sampling, 6720 army men were selected to fill a questionare based on Rome Ⅲ medical question （Rome Ⅲ-MQ）. Results Of the 6720 fulfilled the questionares, the prevalence of FGIDs was 25.04% （1683/6720）, and the irritable bowel syndrome was 13.02%, functional dyspesia was 5.92%, functional constipation was 5.49%. Among 1683 FGIDs patients, 47.77% （804/1683） were diagnosed as FGIDs with a combination of two-symptom or more than two symptoms（overlap group）. Conclusion FGIDs is a common disease ,which can affect the life quality of military army. Further study on FGIDs should be done to decrease the incidence of FGIDs and to increase the life quality of army.
