摘 要: | 目的:了解广东省0~18月龄婴幼儿生长发育和营养状况,为制定促进婴幼儿生长发育的干预措施提供科学依据。方法:整群抽取广东省城市、城镇、农村的3844名婴幼儿,进行体格发育、健康状况、智力发育现况调查。结果:城市、农村4月龄婴儿体重、身高均比10年前增长,1~5月龄婴儿体格测量值也已达到甚至超过1995年九城市水平,与WHO参考值相比,6月龄前的体格发育达到甚至优于该参考值,6月龄之后则落后于该参考值;婴幼儿生长迟缓率2.6%、低体重率5.1%、消瘦率3.0%、超重/肥胖率2.0%,营养不良的患病率在6月龄后显著上升;腹泻、呼吸道感染、贫血患病率分别为16.6%、35.3%、25.8%;4、6、8月龄婴儿MDI值87.67±12.54、PDI值88.99±11.06。结论:广东省0~18月龄婴幼儿生长发育整体状况较好,疾病发病率较低,但大于6月龄婴幼儿的体格发育与WHO参考值仍有一定差距。

Investigation of development and growth status of 0~18 month children in Guangdong |

Abstract: | Objective:To know about the growth and nutrition status of 0~18 month children in Guangdong and provide evidence to promote children' growth.Methods:3 844 children were collected from the urban,suburb and rural area of Guangdong to conduct an investigation about physical,health and intellectual status.Results:Weights and heights of the urban and suburb infants aged 4 month grew higher than 10 year ago.The anthropometric data of 1~5 month infants reached even exceeded the reference values in 1995.Comparing to the WHO reference,the anthropometric data of infants before 6 month reached even greater,but after 6 month lagged behind.Rate of stunting,underweight,wasting,overweight/obesity was 2.6%,5.1%,3.0%,2.0% respectively and rate of stunting,underweight,wasting increased significantly after 6 month.Rate of diarrhea,respiratory infection,anemia was 16.6%,35.3%,25.8% respectively.MDI of 4,6 and 8 month infants were 87.67±12.54 and PDI were 88.99±11.06.Conclusion:The growth status of 0~18 month children in Guangdong has improved greatly and rate of disease is low.But the anthropometric data of children after 6 month also lag behind the WHO reference. |
