关于计免疫苗同时接种及其相关问题的探讨和建议

目的探讨疫苗同时接种以及相关问题,在疫苗的接种过程中最大限度地减少接种对象的访问次数。结果通过查阅国内外相关文献及资料,我国现阶段实行的免疫预防程序与美国、英国等发达国家相比,同年龄段的儿童接种剂次少,而接种对象需要访问次数多,加重了不必要的经济负担。结论从提高接种对象接种及时性、减少访问次数出发,建议国家在制定工作规范中调整免疫接种程序,允许一类疫苗和二类疫苗同时接种,将股外侧肌纳入常规疫苗接种部位。

Discussion and Suggestion on EPI Vaccination At the Same Time and Related Problems
