| 摘 要： | 目的 总结2000-2010年阿勒泰市《两纲》中妇幼卫生指标完成情况和取得的经验.方法 采用回顾性分析的方法对阿勒泰市10年来贯彻落实《两纲》主要工作指标的情况进行对比、分析.结果 阿勒泰市妇女儿童健康指标和保健服务质量有了明显提高.结论 做好孕产妇系统管理、安全分娩、儿童系统管理是改善妇女儿童健康状况和降低两个死亡率的关键.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To summarize the average Aletai＇s ＂two outlines＂ in maternal and child health indicator and experience. METHODS In a retrospective analysis of Aletai City in 10 years to implement the ＂two outlines＂ main indicators were compared, analysis. RESULTS The Aletai women and children＇s health indicators and health services and improve the quality. CONCLUSION The maternal system management, system management and safe delivery of children are the keys to improve the health of women and children and to reduce the mortality of these two. |
