| 摘 要： | 糖尿病肾病(DN)状态下,血尿肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平升高,提示TNF-α参与DN发病。一方面,长期或间歇性高血糖及非酶糖基化终末产物生成增加,促进TNF-α合成与分泌增加;另一方面,TNF-α与其他因素一起,参与DN的发生与发展。血尿TNF-α浓度作为观察DN病情活动的一项有意义指标或血糖控制好坏的佐证之一,有待于进一步定量化、标准化。 |

| Abstract: | The level of TNF-α is high in the blood of NS showed that TNF-α participated in the genesis of NS.On the one hand,longterm or intermittent hyperglycemia and high advanced glycation end products(AGEs) can promote the synthesis and excretion of TNF-α,On the other hand,TNF-α,joined other factors,participates in the formation and development of DN.As one of evidence to control hyperglycemia or one valuable observing index to pathogenetic condition of DN,the level of TNF-α in blood and urine of DN need to be more quantified and standardized. |
