低领小弧形切口对甲状腺良性肿块患者机体综合应激影响

目的：研究低领小弧形切口对甲状腺良性肿块患者机体综合应激的影响。方法：选取于本院进行手术治疗的68例甲状腺良性肿块患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组（常规切口手术组）34例和观察组（低领小弧形切口手术组）34例，然后将两组术前及术后1、3d及5d的免疫应激、炎性应激及氧化应激状态相关指标进行检测与比较。结果：观察组术后1、3d及5d的免疫应激、炎性应激及氧化应激状态相关指标均明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：低领小弧形切口对甲状腺良性肿块患者机体综合应激的不良影响小于常规切口手术，患者综合应激程度低，术后恢复相对较快。

Influence of low-collar arc--shaped incision on comprehensive stress response in patients with benign thyroid mass

Objective： To observe the influence of low-collar arc-shaped incision on comprehensive stress response in patients with benign thyroid mass. Methods：A total of 68 patients with benign thyroid mass that were treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group（routine incision group, n= 34 cases） and observation group（low-collar arc-shaped incision group, n = 34 cases）, then the immunological stress,inflammatory stress and oxidative stress related indexes of two groups before the operation and at first, third and fifth day after the operation were detected and compared. Results：The immunological stress, inflammatory stress and oxidative stress state related indexes of observation group at first, third and fifth day after the operation were all significantly better than those of control group （P all 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The negative influence of low-collar arc-shaped incision on comprehensive stress response in patients with benign thyroid mass is lighter than those with routine incision, and postoperative recovery is faster.
