摘    要:目的:探讨急性外伤患者早期应用核黄素治疗对免疫功能的影响。方法:将本院收治的150例急性外伤患者随机分为核黄素治疗组和对照组。每组75例,采用流式细胞仪检测两组外周血中T淋巴细胞亚群,比浊法分析两组血清中IgG、IgM和IgA含量,并比较两组患者免疫功能的变化。结杲:治疗前两组患者各项指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05);核黄素治疗组患者用药后第4天和第8天CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+和CD4^+/CD8^+比值与对照组相比均有明显上升,血清IgG、IgM和IgA含量也有明显增加,差异均有统计学意义(P〈O.05)。结论:急性外伤患者早期应用核黄素治疗可明显改善创伤应激引起的免疫抑制,提高机体的免疫功能,抑制炎症反应,有利于患者的康复。

Abstract:Objective. To investigate the effect of early treatment of riboflavin on the immunologic function in patients with acute trauma. Methods. A total of 150 patients with acute trauma in our hospital were randomly divided into riboflavin treatment group and control group by half. T lymphocyte subgroups in the peripheral blood of patients were detected by flow cytometry instrument and the levels of IgG, IgM and IgA in serum were measured by turbidimetry. The changes of immunologic function in patients in both groups were analyzed. Results: There was no significant difference in all indicators between two groups before riboflavin treatment (P〈0.05) ; 4 and 8 days after riboflavin treatment, CD3^+ , CD4^+ , CD8^+ and CD4^+/CD8^+ ratio are significantly increased compared with control group, IgG, IgM and IgA levels in serum were also increased, the differences were all statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusions: Early treatment of riboflavin can improve the immunologic function in patients with acute trauma, inhibit the inflammation, which is helpful in improving prognosis.
