蔬菜中甲胺磷残留量调查分析

摘    要:目的了解蔬菜中甲胺磷残留量。方法调查奉化两个蔬菜市场。对5个品种20份蔬菜中甲胺磷残留量按“GB14876-94食品中甲胺磷残留量气相色谱测定法”测定。结果95%样品检出甲胺磷残留量,范围0.11~8.41mg/kg。结论蔬菜中甲胺磷污染十分严重,特别在带豆、青菜和萝卜菜。

Abstract:Objective To understand the methamindophos residue in vegetables. Method A field investigation in two vegetable-market of Fenghua was carried out. Investigation of methamindophos residue in 20 vegetables of 5 breeds were carried out by using GB14876-94gas chromatographic method for the determination of methamindophos residue in foods. Results Residual methamindophos existed in 95% samples,and the concentration in vegetables ranged from 0.11 to 8.41 mg/kg. Conclusion The methamindophos pollution in vegetables was very serious,especially in kidney bean,greens and radish seedling.
