二氧化氯发生器消毒效果实验室观察

目的　阐明Ｖｕｌｃａｎ ｒｉｏ Ｌｉｎｄａ Ｔ１４０ 二氧化氯发生器产生二氧化氯消毒液含量，杀灭微生物效果，影响因素，腐蚀性等性能。方法　按照卫生部《消毒技术规范》１９９１ 年规定的操作方法进行实验研究。结果　发生器发生的二氧化氯浓度可调节在２０００ ～３０００ｍｇ／Ｌ 之间，杀灭细菌繁殖体１ｍｇ／Ｌ３ 分钟，杀灭芽胞１２５ ｍｇ／Ｌ５ 分钟，破坏ＨＢｓＡｇ１２５ｍｇ／Ｌ２ 分钟，２５ ％ ～５０ ％ 小牛血清保护菌液，影响杀菌效果。结论　此发生器有一定的使用价值。

Laboratory observation on effectiveness of disinfection of chlorine dioxide generator

Objective To study the effectiveness of disinfection of U.S made Vulcan rio Linda T140 chlorine dioxide generator. Method Laboratory tests were performed according to 《Regulations on disinfection technology》 of Ministry of Public Health 1991. Results The concentration of chlorine dioxide produced could be adjusted to 2000～3000 mg/L. It could kill more than 99.90% of Vegetative form bacteria with 1 mg/L in 3 min or spores of bacillus with 250 mg/L in 5 min. HBsAg antigen could be inactivated after exposure to 125 mg/L solution of the disinfectant for 2 min. Conclusion This chlorine dioxide generator has practical value.
