摘    要:
目的 探讨在护生教育中加强心理素质和自学能力的培养以提高应对能力。方法 重点对两个年级249名护生加强心理素质的培养,包括严格要求,培养坚强意志,开阔胸怀自我疏导,提高面对压力的应对能力;自学能力的培养,包括学会各学科知识的有机联系,学会抓纲、提炼、概括以及组织课外自学。课程结束后进行考核和问卷调查。结果 两个年级4次考试的达标率逐步提高;应对病人交谈和主动获取知识的能力明显提高。结论 通过有针对性的培养。提高了护生的心理素质和自学能力,两者相辅相成,促进了学生全面素质及应对能力的提高。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the methods to increase nurse students're s ponsive capability by enhancing the cultivation of psy-chological quality and s elf-study ability.Methods We focused on the cultivation of249nurse students in t wo respects:one is culti-vation of psychological quality including rigorous dem ands,strong-mindedness,open-mindedness,increase of the ability to face in-tense pressure;the other the cultivation of self-study ability including understandin g the organic connection among the learned sub-jects,learning to understand the outline,abstracting and summarizing the learned contents,self-study beside cla ss.After completion of the course,examinations and a survey were conducted among the students.Res ults The results showed a gradual growth of pass-ing rate in4 examinations for students from two grades and a notable increase of the ability in responding to patient's talks and ac-quiring knowledge initiatively.Conclus ion The pertinent cultivations can increase the ability in psychological qualit y and self-study,which work together to promote the rise of all-round quality an d responsive ability of nurse students.
