| 摘 要： | 目的:分析腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剥除术的临床效果。方法:将要求行子宫肌瘤剥除术的患者分为腹腔镜手术组(研究组)73例和经腹手术组(对照组)73例,比较两组术中、术后情况。结果:研究组的术中出血量,术后排气时间,发热例数与对照组比较显著减少(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剥除术比经腹腔子宫肌瘤剔除术的手术效果好,其手术创伤小,术后并发症少,康复快,是一种值得推广应用的微创术式。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of laparoscopy myomectomy.Methods:73 cases treated by laparoscopy myomectomy were analyzed as the study group. And 73 cases treated by abdominal myomectomy during the same period were selected as the control group in my hospital. Effects of operation and recovery of two groups were compared.Results:There were significantly shorter on the mean blood lose during operation ,the mean the recovery time of bowel function,and fever cases were shorter than in the control group. Conclusion:laparoscopy myomectomy can be performed in selected patients with minimum operative injury,low complications and good short-time effect compared with abdominal myomectomy. |
