| 中西医结合治疗重症脓疱型银屑病的临床分析 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的研究中西医结合方法治疗重症脓疱型银屑病的临床效果。方法68例患者随机分为两组,A组36例采用单纯西医治疗,B组32例采用中西医结合治疗,对比分析治疗前和治疗3周后的总积分变化、疗效及不良反应。结果治疗前两组患者的总积分间差别无显著性意义(P>0.05);而治疗后总积分和疗效间差别均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗重症脓疱型银屑病具有临床疗效好,副作用小的特点。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of combine Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)and Western Medicine(WM)on severe pustular psoriasis.Methods 36 patients were divided into two groups:Group A,who were given only WM treatment,and Group B,combine TCM and WM treatment.Analysis was done on general integral,rates of effect and side-effect of both groups before treatment and after 3-week treatment.Results There was no significant difference in general integral between A group and B group before treatment(P>0.05);but after treatment significant difference was found in general integral between the two groups(P<0.05);B group was significantly different from A group(P<0.05).Conclusion Good effect and low side-effect are the characteristics of combine TCM and WM in the treatment of severe Pustular Psoriasis. |
