| 摘 要： | 目的 分析肾脏肿瘤的Ｂ超表现，以提高对肾脏肿瘤的诊断水平。方法 回顾性研究１９８５－１９９７年间在上海铁路局中心医院做Ｂ超检查并经手术病理证实为肾脏肿瘤病人，部分病例做过ＣＴ、ＩＶＰ检查。结果 肾脏肿瘤表现为低回声１４例。囊实混合性回声４例、高低混合性回声４例，高回声１例。Ｂ超、ＣＴ、ＩＶＰ诊断准确率分别为９１．３％、８６．７％、８０％。结论 Ｂ超对肾脏肿瘤诊断起重要作用。 |

| Abstract: | Purpose: To eveluate the value of B - mode ultrasonography in the diagnosis of renal tumor. Methods Ultrasonography Twenty -three patients with renal tumors were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients were, confirmed by operation and pathology. Results-.renal tumor shows low echo in 14 cases, liquid - solid mixed echo 4 cases,mixed echo 4 cases and high echo in 1 case. The diagnostic accuracy of ultrasonography, CT and IVP were 91.3% ,86.7%and 80%respectively.Conclusions:Ultrasonogrphy plays an important role in the diagnosis of renal tumor. |
