| 摘 要： | 目的分析和评价ＣＴ定位及穿刺活检各环节对准确获取病理组织的影响作用，提高阳性诊断率。方法回顾研究、分析了２４例肿瘤病例并与诊断结果相对照。结果病灶的性质、形态、大小及取材点的不同对诊断结果均有较大影响。结论选取合适的定位和取材方法及正确的操作是提高细胞学、组织学诊断的阳性率的关键步骤。 |

| Abstract: | Purpose Analyze and evaluate the influential factors during the course of CT location and neelde biopsy to improve the positive diagnosis rate. Methods 24 tumour cases were studied retrospectively. Morever, the results were compared with the diagnoses. Results The characteristic, shape and size of lesions and different draw points have great influence on the diagnoses. Conclusion Suitable location or method and correct operation are the key steps to achieve a satisfactory cytologic or histologic diagnosis positive rate. |
