PTCA术后拔管综合征原因分析及护理干预

目的:探讨减少和避免PTCA术后拔管综合征的发生率。方法:对62例PTCA患者(观察组)采取拔管前补充血容量、调整Bp、HR,局部镇痛后拔管;对照组62例拔管前常规注射利多卡因100mg后拔管。测量两组患者拔管前后的血压、心率变化。结果:观察组拔管前后血压、心率比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05);对照组拔管前后血压、心率比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01和P<0.05)。结论:结果提示拔管前补充血容量、提高心率,分散病人注意力,改进镇痛方法可避免拔管综合征的发生。

The reason analysis and nursing interfere of pulling out tube syndome aftter the PTCA

Objective To reduce and avoid the pulling out the tube syndrome after PTCA.Method We added the blood capacity for the 62PTCA sufferers(observed set)and adjust blood pressure,heart rate before pulling out the tube pull out the tube after control partial pain.We pulled out the tube after injecting 100mg Lidocaine for compared group,meanwhile we measured blood pressure and heart rate before pulling out the tube or after that.Results The blood pressure and heart rate for the observed group before pulling out the tube or after that were not different(P>0.05),and for the compared group,there were remarkabe different(P<0.01,P<0.05) before pulling out the tube or after that.Conclusion It's showing to avoid the occurrence of pulling out the tube syndrome that we add the blood capacity,increase heart rate,scatter about the patient attention and improvement the method of keeping pain.
