乳腺癌组织中Survivin及C-erB-2的表达及临床相关性

目的：探讨乳腺癌组织中Survivin及C—erB-2的表达及临床相关性。方法：采用免疫组织化学SP法检测156例乳腺癌组织石蜡切片中Survivin及C—erB-2的表达。结果：乳腺癌中Survivin及C—erB-2阳性表达与肿瘤病理分型、肿瘤大小无关（P〉0．05），但其与组织学分级、临床分期、淋巴结转移数目相关（P〈0．05）。乳腺癌中Survivin和C—erB-2的表达呈正相关（P〈0．05）。结论：Survivin及C—erB-2可作为判断乳腺癌生物学行为和预后的重要指标。

Expression and Clinical Dependablity of Survivin and C-erB-2 in Breast Cancer Tissue

Objective： To investigate the expression of survivin and C--erB--2 in breast cancer tissue and relationships and clinical significance. Method： The SP immunohistochemical staining meth- od were adopted to examine the expression of survivin and C--erB--2 protein in 156 samples of breast cancer tissues. Result： Positive expressions of survivin and C--erB--2 protein in breast cancer tissues were negative relationships with pathology feature and tumor size （P〉0.05）, but positive re- lationships with tumor histological grade, clinic stage and the number of lymph node metastasis （P〈 0.05）. Survivin was positively related with C--erB--2 （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The expressions of survivin and C--erB--2 are important markers to estimate the biology action and prognosis of breast cancer.
