奈达铂联合紫杉醇治疗老年非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

目的观察紫杉醇联合奈达铂治疗老年非小细胞肺癌的疗效和毒副反应。方法 54例老年Ⅲ^Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌患者,应用紫杉醇135 mg/m2,奈达铂60Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌患者,应用紫杉醇135 mg/m2,奈达铂60⁸0 mg/m2,静脉滴注,d1,2180 mg/m2,静脉滴注,d1,21²8 d为1个周期,用药2个周期后评估疗效和毒副反应。结果 CR 2例,PR 16例,总有效率33.3%,首治患者的有效率为39.4%。主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制,消化道反应及肝肾功能损害轻微。结论紫杉醇联合奈达铂治疗老年非小细胞肺癌有较好的临床疗效,毒副反应轻,耐受性好。

The Clinical Observation of Nedaplatin Plus Paclitaxel in the Treatment of Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer in Elderly

Objective To evaluate the results of combined chemotherapy with paclitaxel plus Nedaplat in treatment of advanced nonsmall cell lung cancer in elderly. Methods All 54 patients with advanced non-samll cell lung cancer were treated with paclitaxel plus nedaplat. PTX 135 mg/m2, 2 by intravenous infusion on day 1, and NDP 60-80 rag/m2, 2 by intravenous infusion on day 1. The treatment was repeated every 21or 28 day, up to 2 cycles. Results All 54 patients were evaluable for efficacy. The overall response rate （RR） was 33.3 % （CR：2, PR： 16） and 39.4 % in first treatment. The major toxicities included myelosuppression, and other side effects were mild. Conclusion Paclitaxcl plus nedaplat were effective and well tolerable regimens in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer in elderly.
