60例手术治疗甲状腺瘤的临床疗效分析

目的对小切口手术治疗甲状腺腺瘤的优点和疗效进行探讨。方法选取2011年1月至2013年1月我院收治的患有甲状腺腺瘤的患者60例,随机将其分为观察组和对照组两组,每组30例,观察组采用小切口手术的办法,对照组采用传统手术的办法,将两组术中以及住院时间、术后并发症等资料进行回顾性比较分析。结果通过两组结果对比,发现观察组的手术时间、切口长度、术后出血量、术后并发症以及住院时间等均少于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义。结论采用小切口手术方法应用于甲状腺的治疗具有切口小、手术和住院时间短、术中出血量少以及术后并发症少的优点,具有临床推广意义。

Clinical Analysis of Operation Treatment on 60 Cases of Thyroid Tumor

Objective To investigate the advantages and curative effect of small incision in treatment of thyroid adenoma. Methods 60 cases of patients with thyroid adenoma from 2011 January to 2013 January in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group, the observation group were used small incision operation way, the control group were used the traditional operation method, information of two groups＇ surgery and hospitalization time, postoperative complications were retrospectively compared and analyzed. Results By comparing the result of two groups ,the operation time, incision length, postoperative bleeding, postoperative complication and hospitalization time of the observation group were less than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups has statistical significance. Conclusion Using small incision in treatment of thyroid adenoma has the advantage of small incision, little bleeding in operation, reducing hospitalization time, less intraoperative and postoperative complications, it has clinical significance.
