肺癌并发医院获得性肺部感染的临床研究

目的探讨肺癌并发医院获得性肺部感染的临床特点及治疗。方法对2000—2006年间我院收治的176名肺癌患者并发62例医院获得性肺部感染的治疗因素、临床分期、年龄及白细胞计数、致病菌、药敏检测结果及抗生素应用情况进行回顾性分析。结果高龄、临床分期晚、化疗、白细胞降低是肺癌并发医院获得性肺部感染的危险因素。结论正确选择治疗方法、合理应用抗生素、有效的呼吸道引流，重视患者原发病灶及基础疾病控制，提高机体免疫力等综合治疗，才能有效提高肺癌并发严重医院获得性肺部感染患者的生活质量和生存率。

Clinical Analysis of Lung Cancer with Hospital Acquired Pneumonia

Objective To explore the clinical feature and treatment of lung cancer with hospital acquired pneumonia. Methods 62 cases of hospital acquired pneumonia in 176 cases with lung cancer were reviewed treatment factors, clinical stages, age, leucocyte count, pathogenic bacteria, drug sensitive test and antibiotic treatment during 2000 - 2006. Results Senility, late clinical stage, chemotherapy, less white cell were risk factors of lung cancer with hospital acquired pneumonia. Conclusions Life quality and survival rate of lung cancer patients with serious hospital acquired pneumonia can be effectively improved through combined treatment, which include select corrective treatment, antibiotic reasonable used, effective respiratory drainage, think much of the primary affection and basic diseases, improve immunity of body.
