肾错构瘤破裂出血的CT诊断

目的:探讨肾错构瘤破裂出血的CT表现。方法:回顾性分析12例经手术病理证实的肾错构瘤破裂出血的CT特点。结果:单发肿瘤10例,单侧肾脏2个肿瘤2例,合并肾包膜下血肿4例,合并肾包膜下及腹膜后血肿1例。CT表现为低、等、高混杂密度病灶,增强扫描低密度、等密度病灶可有不同程度的增强,高密度病灶不增强。结论:依据肾错构瘤破裂出血在CT上的特征性表现可作出定性诊断。

CT Diagnosis of the Kidney Angiomyolipoma Breakage Hemorrhage

Objective To investigate the CT performance of the kidney angiomyolipoma rupturing hemorrhage. Methods Review analyzing 12 cases of the CT picture characteristic of the kidney angiomyolipoma rupturing hemorrhage which are justified by surgery pathology. Results 10 cases of single tumor,2 cases of double tumors in one kidney; One of them is mergering Subcapsular hematoma, and the other is mergering subcapsular and retroperitoneal. The tumor and the hemorrhage stove display on CT for is low, center, the high combination density sickness stove. Conclusion The kidney angiomyolipoma rupturing hemorrhage can be qualitative diagnosed by its characteristic CT performances.
