老年急性心肌梗死急诊介入治疗临床疗效评价

目的评价老年急性心肌梗死(AM1)患者直接经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)临床疗效。方法回顾分析78例老年和54例非老年AMI患者梗死相关血管(IRA)急诊PCI的结果,所有患者在术前、术后6h、术后1d、术后7d、术后1月测定C反应蛋白(CRP),临床随访造影及主要心血管事件。结果老年组PCI成功率97%、病死率2%、外周血管并发症发生率3%等与非老年组无显著性差异(P>0.05),心绞痛发作次数显著多于非老年组(P<0.05)。2组术后6h、术后1dCRP水平与术前相比明显增高(P<0.05),2组之间比较差异无显著性。结论老年AMI患者急诊PCI手术疗效预后与非老年组相近,无显著差异。

Clinical efficacy of interposition therapy in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction

Objective To investigate the effects of interposition therapy in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods The outcomes of percutanious coronary intervention(PCI)operation in 78 elderly patients and 54 non-elderly patients with AMI were retrospectively analyzed. C reactive protein(CRP) levels in two groups were determined before implantation and 6 h,1 d,7 d,30 d after implantation respectively. Clinical follow-up and major coronary events analysis were performed after operation. Results The success rate of elderly group was 97% with a death rate of 2%.The incidence rate of complicated peripheral blood vessel was 3%,all of which showed no significant difference between the two groups. Angina pectoris attacks more frequently in elderly patient group than that in non-eldelry group(P<0.05). The concentrations of CRP 6 h and 1 d after operation were much higher than that before-operation(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between two groups. Conclusions The efficacy of PCI operation in elderly patients with AMI is equal to that in non-elderly patients.
