“伤科II号”膏药与扶他林软膏治疗急性踝关节扭伤的临床对比研究

目的:观察评价"伤科II号"膏药对急性踝关节扭伤的临床疗效,并与扶他林软膏作比较。方法:100例急性闭合性踝关节扭伤患者随机分为两组,外用药物2周,最终伤科II号组43例,扶他林对照组45例获得随防统计,观测对疼痛、压痛、肿胀、瘀青、功能活动的影响比较。结果:治疗组和对照组在治疗前后症状、体征和综合疗效均有明显差异(P<0.01),两组总疗效无明显差异(P>0.05),但伤科II号组消肿退瘀作用强,对重度损伤疗效较好,而扶他林止痛作用强,对中度损伤疗效较好。结论:与扶他林软膏相比较,"伤科II号"膏药治疗急性踝关节扭伤有独特的疗效。

Clinical Comparison of NO II of Shangke Ointment With Votalin to Treat Acute Ankle Sprain

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of NO II of Shangke Ointment,while compared with Votalin(Diclofenac Diethylamine Emulgel).Methods:One hundred cases of closed acute ankle sprain were divided into two groups randoml,treated with NO II of Shangke Ointment(Treating groups/Group T) and Votalin((Compared groups/Group C) for external application.Pain,tenderness,swell,function active were investigated after 2 weeks,43 cases of Group T and 45 cases of Group C were received a follow-up statistic.Results:There was significant diference in symptoms,physicalsigns and synthetical curative effects between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01).The total curative effects of the two groups were no significant diference(P>0.05).Group T have better effect in dispersing swell while Group C have better effect in relieving pain.Conclusion: Comparing with Votalin,NO II of Shangke Ointment has good effect on treatment of actute ankle sprain.
