大承气汤合桃红四物汤治疗腰椎骨折后腹胀便秘的临床疗效观察

目的:探讨大承气汤合桃红四物汤治疗腰椎骨折后腹胀便秘的临床疗效。方法:选择100例腰椎骨折后腹胀便秘患者按就诊顺序分为对照组与治疗组;对照组进行常规综合治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用大承气汤合桃红四物汤进行对症治疗。结果:治疗组患者治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:大承气汤合桃红四物汤治疗腰椎骨折后腹胀便秘的临床疗效确切,复发率低,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation on treating abdominal distension constipation following lumbar fractures operation with Da Chengqi decoction and Taohong Siwu decoction

Objective： To study Da Chengqi decoction and Taohong Siwu decoction in treating lumbar fractures with abdominal distension constipation. Methods： 100 cases of lumbar vertebral fractures after abdominal distension constipation patients were divided into 2 groups; control group took routine comprehensive treatment, the treatment group was given Da Chengqi decoction and Taohong Siwu decoction for symptomatic treatment. Results： In the treatment group patients with the treatment effect is better than the control group （P〈0.05）; the incidence of adverse reactions to compare similar between the two groups has no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Da Chengqi decoction and Taohong Siwu decoction in treating lumbar frac.tures after abdominal distension constipation have low recurrence rate, no significant adverse reactions, worthy of clinical application.
