中药汤剂治疗气虚血瘀证急性脑梗塞的疗效分析

目的:探讨中药汤剂治疗气虚血瘀证急性脑梗塞患者的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2011年4月-2013年4月收治的48例气虚血瘀证急性脑梗塞患者,随机均分为对照组(西医常规治疗)和实验组(在西医常规治疗基础上给予中药汤剂),比较两组治疗总有效率、中医证候积分和神经功能缺损评分的差异。结果:实验组治疗总有效率91.7%,显著高于对照组66.7%(P<0.05);治疗1、2周后,实验组中医证候积分和神经功能缺损评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药汤剂治疗气虚血瘀证急性脑梗塞患者效果确切,能有效改善患者临床症状,降低神经功能缺损评分。

Clinical efficacy of TCM decoction in treating acute cerebral infarction

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of TCM decoction for patients with acute cerebral intarctlon. Methods： 48patients were randomly divided into control group （conventional treatment） and experimental group （more TCM decoction than control）, the total efficiency of treatment were compared, differences in syndromes points and neurological deficit scores. Results： The total effective rate was 91.7% （experimental group）, significantly higher than 66.7% （P〈0.05）; After first and second week, in the experimental group TCM syndrome score and neurological deficit scores were significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM decoction treatment for acute cerebral infarction, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, reduce neurological function.
