| 摘 要： | 胰岛素抵抗与冠心病之间的相关性正在逐渐受到心血管和内分泌研究者的共同关注。现代研究也表明胰岛素抵抗通过增加氧自由基、改变脂质代谢、增加炎症因子等多种途径,造成动脉粥样硬化的形成,从而导致心血管疾病的发生。在中医方面IR与血瘀、痰浊、寒湿等关系密切,均属于中医标实范畴,因此在不稳定心绞痛中医不同证型之间,IR也存在着明显的差异。

A correlation research on TCM differentiation of insulin resistance and unstable angina |

| Abstract: | The correlation between insulin resistance and CHD is gradually caught the attention of cardiovascular and endocrine researchers. By increasing oxygen free radicals, change of lipid metabolism, inflammatory factors and many kinds of ways, to cause the formation of atherosclerosis, cardiovascular disease is occured. In TCM, IR is closely related to blood stasis, phlegm turbidity and cold dampness, all belonging to TCM. Therefore among different syndrome types of TCM, the IR also exist obvious differences. |
