自拟麻黄汤加减用于小儿外感发热临床治疗体会

多年临床经验基础上,采用自拟麻黄汤加减治疗小儿外感发热、流涕、鼻塞、咳嗽。治疗后临床症状得到明显改善,总有效率高达99.28%,且未见明显的毒副作用,研究表明麻黄汤加减治疗小儿外感风热安全有效,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Treating children with exogenous fever with Mahuang decoction

Based on clinical experience, Mahuang decoction was applied in children with exogenous fever, runny nose, nasal congestion, and cough. After treatment, the clinical symptoms improved significantly, the total efficiency of up to 99.28%, and no significant side effects, studies have shown that ephedra decoction exogenous wind-heat treatment is safe and effective in children, it is worthy of further clinical application.
