中西医结合治疗腰间盘突出症临床观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗腰间盘突出症的临床效果。方法：随机选取我院2010年1月-2012年10月收治的100例腰间盘突出症患者分为对照组与观察组，对照组患者进行西医牵引及药物治疗，观察组患者进行中西医结合治疗，观察并比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组患者的有效率为94%，随访中无复发，对照组患者有效率为74%，随访中有2例患者复发，两组患者有效率及复发率比较差异显著，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗腰间盘突出症有着良好的治疗效果，可以在临床上广泛推广。

Clinical observation on treating lumbar disc herniation in the integrative medicine

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on treating lumbar disc herniation. Methods：Randomly selected 100 patients were admitted into hospital in January 2010 to October 2012, 100 patients were divided into the observation group and control group, the control group was given modern traction and drug treatment, the observation group was treated in the integrative medicine, the clinical efficacy of two groups were observed and compared. Results： The efficiency was 94% of the observation group, follow-up with no recurrence, the efficiency was 74% of the control group, follow-up with 2 patients relapsed, compared the effective rate and relapse rate of two groups, there was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine has a good therapeutic effect on treating lumbar disc herniation, can be widely promoted in clinical practice.
