| 摘 要： | 目的了解灯盏花注射液治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足(VBI)的疗效。方法选择60例VBI患者予灯盏花注射液治疗设立为观察组,同时设立对照组(60例)予复方丹参治疗,对2组的疗效进行比较。结果观察组疗效优于对照组,2组有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论灯盏花注射液是一种对椎-基底动脉供血不足有良效的中成药针剂,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective It is to estimate the curative effect of Herba Erigerontis injection on vertebro basilar artery insufficiency (VBI). Methods Sixty patients with VBI were in observation group and treated with Herba Erigerontis injection. At the same time others 60 cases were chosen as control group and treated with salvia miltiorrhiza injection. The curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The curative effect in treatment group was better than that in control group. There was statistical difference between the two groups ( P <0.05). Conclusion Herba Erigerontis injection is a better traditional Chinese herb on VBI. It is worth generalization and application on clinic. |
