| 摘 要： | 脂质体膜上磷脂的化学稳定性与脂质体的结构形态有密切关系。本文以氧化指数法及荧光分光光度法分别测定了不同结构的脂质体的化学稳定性，初步得出膜上磷脂稳定性与脂质体结构形态的关系。

| Abstract: | The chemical stability of different structure and shape in liposome membrane was deter-mined by oxidation index and fluorospectrophotometry.The results showed that the sequence of stabilityof liposome membrane was LV> LUV> SUV>MLV. |
