正常及不同病变喉组织中凝集素受体的分布

应用ＡＢＣ免疫组织化学法测定了５０例喉癌,１０例喉乳头状瘤,１０例喉炎性病变组织,７例正常喉组织的３种凝集素受体。喉癌和喉乳头状癌凝集素受体分布于细胞质,正常喉和炎性病变组织则主要位于细胞膜。ＵＥＡ－１的阳性率在喉癌、炎性病变、正常喉组织中有明显差异。不同分化程度喉癌中凝集素受体的阳性率无明显差异,凝集素受体阳性病例和阴性病例的５年生存率无明显差异。

DISTRIBUTION OF LECTIN RECEPTORS IN BENIGN ANDMALIGNANT LARYNGEAL LESIONS

Three lectin receptors (LR)were detected by ABC immunohistochemical methodin 50 cases of laryngeal carcinonia, 10 papilloma, 10 laryngitic tissues, 7 normal tissues. The dis-tribution of LR in laryngeal carcinoma and papilloma located in cytoplasm, but in normal andlaryngitic tissues mainly in cellular membrane. The positive staining incidence of UEA-1 was sig-nificantly different among the laryngeal carcinoma, laryngitis, normal tissues, but in well andpcorly differentiated laryngeal carcinoma was not different. The five years survival rates of pa-tients with laryngeal carcinoma was not different between the positive and negative cases of LR.
