脑红蛋白在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征和急性脑梗死患者的表达及相关性研究

摘    要:目的探讨脑红蛋白(Ngb)在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)和急性脑梗死患者的表达及其因缺氧引发脑损伤的相关性。方法采用酶联免疫吸附测定法检测经睡眠监测确诊的40例OSAHS组、16例健康对照组和16例急性脑梗死组患者血清Ngb水平。结果OSAHS组和急性脑梗死组患者Ngb分别为(10.8±5.0)μg/L和(11.6±3.6)μg/L,比健康对照组(3.4±1.4)μg/L明显升高(均P〈0.01),而OSAHS组和急性脑梗死组间Ngb含量差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。Ngb含量与呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)呈正相关(r=0.948,P〈0.01),与最低血氧饱和度(LSaO2)呈负相关(r=-0.800,P〈0.01),与睡眠时间百分比CT90(%)]无明显相关性(r=-0.005,P〉0.05)。结论OSAHS患者存在缺氧性脑损伤,Ngb可用于OSAHS缺氧性脑损伤的评估。

Abstract:Objective To explore the neuroglobin expression in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS) and acute cerebral infarction and the correlation with hypoxia-induced brain injury. Methods After the subjects were evaluated by full-night polysomnography(PSG), serum levels of neuroglobin of 40 patients with OSAHS,16 normal controls and 16 acute cerebral infarction were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method(ELISA). Results Serum levels of neuroglobin in OSAHS group (10.8 ± 5.0) μg/L and acute cerebral infarction group (11.6 ± 3.6) μg/L were remarkably higher than that of control group, (3.4± 1.4) μg/L (both P〈 0.01) ,while serum level of neuroglobin between OSAHS group and acute cerebral infarction group was no significant difference (P 〈 0.05). The concentration of serum neuroglobin in patients with OSAHS was positively correlated with AHI ( r = 0. 948, P 〈 0.01 ), but negatively correlated with LSaO2 (%)( r =-0. 800, P 〈 0.01 ). There was no significant relationship between the degree of neuroglobin and CT90 (%) (r =-0.005, P 〉0.05). Conclusion Hypoxia-induced brain injury occurred in the patients with OSAHS,and neuroglobin might play an important role in the elevation of hypoxia induced brain injury.
