| Abstract: | Primary intracranial malignant lymphoma is a rare disease. The authors reviewed the scans of 6 patients with surgical biopsy proven primary intracranial malignant lymphoma. On the basis of their CT study, homogeneous hyperdense lobulated configuration with clear in edge may be taken as CT characteristies of the tumor. High sensitivity of the tumor to radiotherapy and chemotherapy and recurrence after the treatment are also CT features of the tumor. The key points of differential diagnosis are put forwerd. |
