| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小儿颅脑外伤的临床特点与治疗方法。方法总结我院2006年1月至2009年6月在我院救治的72例小儿颅脑外伤的临床资料,结合文献探讨小儿颅脑外伤临床特点,与成人颅脑外伤的区别及小儿颅脑外伤各阶段的治疗方法。结果本组37例患儿痊愈出院,23例好转出院,1例植物性生存,4例死亡。结论小儿因其自身的生理、解剖、病理和免疫特点,颅脑外伤后意识障碍、生命体征变化、呕吐、癫痫发作等全身症状较重。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical feature and treatment methods of pediatric traumatic brain injury(TBI).Methods An analysis was made of the clinical details of 72 children with TBI were in our hospital from January in 2006 to June in 2009,which was compared with TBI in adults to probe into the treatment in every stage.Resuls 37 of pediatric TBI cases had good recovery outcomes,23 cases improvement,1 case vegetative state in addition to 4 cases of death.Conclusion Because of characteristics of physiolog... |
