| 旋提手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床研究 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨旋提手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法：选用多中心、随机对照研究方法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病,符合方案数据177例,随机分为旋提手法治疗组87例,颈椎牵引治疗组90例;男性43例,女性134例;年龄35~55岁,平均年龄47.2岁;病程最长5年,最短1月;疗程14d,旋提手法治疗组隔日1次,共7次,颈椎牵引组每日1次,共14次。通过观察治疗前后头晕、颈椎活动度、头痛、等指标的变化,经统计学分析进行疗效评定,并对两种方法的疗效进行比较。结果：治疗2周后的总体疗效,手法组总有效率为98.8%,牵引组总有效率为84.09%,手法组优于牵引组,旋提手法组对改善眩晕症状、颈椎活动度、头痛症状的效果优于牵引组。结论：旋提手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病是一种值得选择的治疗方法。 |
