| 摘 要： | 目的：本研究旨在探讨应用针刀松解髋关节内侧关节囊治疗ANFH（股骨头坏死）外展功能障碍的临床疗效。方法：对45例68髋ANFH患者外展功能障碍者,采用针刀松解髋关节内侧关节囊、对髋关节外展角度、髋关节积液、疼痛指数及JOA髋关节评分进行评估。结果：行针刀治疗后在髋关节外展角度,髋关节积液,疼痛指数评估均优于治疗前（P〈0.01）,JOA评分总有效率为85.3%。结论：针刀松解髋关节内侧关节囊治疗ANFH外展功能障碍可有效改善患者髋关节外展功能,本方法安全可靠、操作简单、疗效确切,有临床推广价值。
