摘    要:目的了解分析广西柳州鹿寨县居民户食用盐碘含量情况,为综合防治碘缺乏病工作提供依据,为鹿寨县居民碘缺乏病防治工作提供科学指导。方法在居民户采集食盐后,即在现场进行半定量检测,随后将盐样送实验室进行定量检测,按照GB/T13025.7-1999直接滴定法(川盐及其它强化食用盐采用仲裁法)测定盐中碘含量。结果在采集的288份样品中,检测合格270份(碘离子含量在20~50mg/kg),不合格18份,碘盐覆盖率99.75%,合格碘盐食用率93.75%,碘盐合格率94.08%,无碘食盐率0.35%。结论广西柳州鹿寨县居民食用碘盐合格率及覆盖率近年来保持在较高水平,基本达到国家标准,但部分边远农村居民存在食用不合格碘盐及碘盐存储不当现象,需进一步加大监管和抽检力度,加大正确食用碘盐宣传力度。

Abstract:Objective To understand the iodine contents of iodized salt in Liuzhou and provide evidences and scientific guidances for integrated control iodine deficiency diseases.Method Collecting the salt in residents houses and carrying out semi-quantitative detection in the field,followed by quantitative detection in laboratory.Determination the iodine content in salt by direct titration method according to GB / T 13025.7-1999(Sichuan salt and other strengthen edible salt adopted the arbitration method).Results Total of 288 samples were collected,270 samples were qualified(iodine ion content were during 20 to 50mg/kg),18 cases were disqualification,iodized salt coverage rate was 99.75%,edible rate of qualified iodized salt was 93.75%,iodized salt qualified rate was 94.08%,edible rate of non-iodized salt was 0.35%.Conclusions iodized salt coverage rate and qualified rate were still in a high level in the recent years in Luzhai of Liuzhou city,it basic reached the national standards,but in some emote rural areas,residents still took disqualification iodized salt and cannot store iodized salt errorlessly.above all,we need to further enhance the monitoring and sampling intensity,strengthen the propaganda of taking iodized salt.
