摘    要:目的 探讨头部CT值及新生儿行为神经测定(NBNA)在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)诊断中的价值。方法 测定HIE新生儿脑CT值及进行NBNA,分析其在不同病情和按不同方法分度时的变化。结果 按临床分度,HIE轻、中度组CT值及NBNA评分差异有显著性;按CT值分度,HIE轻、中度组NBN差异亦有显著性。结论 测定脑CT及进行NBNA评分有助于HIE病情评估。

Abstract:Objective The purpose of the present investigation was to evaluate the diagnostic value of cerebral CT and neonatal behavioral neurological assessment(NBNA) in neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods The cerebral CT values and NBNA were examined in fullterm neonates with HIE, and their significance of the changes of values with state of an illness or different classification were explored.Results According to clinical classification, the cerebral CT values and NBNA scores were significantly different between group slight grade HIE and group medium grade.NBNA scores were also significantly different between slight grade HIE and group medium grade if HIE was classificated according to the cerebral CT values.Conclusions Determination of cerebral CT value and assessment of NBNA are helpful to the estimation of the state of HIE.
