角膜地形图在招飞体检中应用的初探（摘要）

目的通过角膜地形图对各种角膜矫形术术后人员检查，为招飞体检提供一种有效手段。方法对17例受检者共34眼进行了角膜地形图检查，在未矫形组与各矫形组之间进行比较。结果未手术组与各矫形组有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论角膜地形图为真正了解角膜表面形态提供了可能，在判别屈光性角膜手术、角膜塑型术等有着重要地位，在招飞体检中对受检者进行检查，得出的结论具有指导性和权威性。

THE APPLICATION OF CORNEAL TOPOGRAPHY IN MEDICAL SELECTION OF FLIGHT CADETS

Objective By corneal topography, we examine the person who is operated on corneal orthomorphia, which provide effective method for physical examination of flying cadet candidates. Methods Datum of topograghy were acquired from 34 eyes of 17 cadet candidates, and make comparison between the orthotic group and unorthotic group. Results There were significant differences between different laboratories（p〈0.01）. Conclusion Corneal orthomorphia provides possibility for learning the morphous of corneal appearance. It is an Objective and effective method to ensure the physical diathesis of pilots.
