| 摘 要： | 目的探讨短暂性脑缺血发作（TIA）患者的经颅多普勒（TCD）改变,评价TCD在TIA中的,临床价值。方法对50例TIA患者探测颅内血管,测量血管的平均血流速度（Vm）、频谱形态、声谱、血管搏动指数（PI）等指标。结果40例（80％）有颅内动脉狭窄,其中多发动脉狭窄（2条或2条以上血管狭窄）24例（489／6）,单发动脉狭窄16例（32％）;无狭窄10例（209／6）。结论TIA的发生与颅内动脉狭窄有关,TCD是诊断TIA有效、可靠、简便的检测手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the Transcranial Doppler(TCD) change in patients with transient ischemic attack(TIA) and to evaluate its clinical value.Methods Fifty cases with TIA were enrolled in this study.TCD was used to examine the intracranial arteries,the average flow velocity(Vm),spectral shape,sound spectrum,vascular pulsatility index(PI).Results Forty cases(80%) examined by TCD had intracranial arteries stenosis,in which 24 cases(48%) had two or more artery stenoses,16 cases(32%) had one artery stenosis,... |
