| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CT引导下经皮脊椎穿刺活检在脊柱病变诊断中的应用。方法对36例脊柱病变患者在CT引导下经皮脊椎穿刺取样进行活检。结果脊椎穿刺活检成功36例，穿刺成功率100％，有病理结果32例，病理结果阳性率88．9％。结论CT引导下脊椎穿刺活检能清楚显示穿刺针的位置及周围复杂的解剖结果，安全可靠，并发症极少，诊断正确率高．是一种安全有效的诊断方法，对指导治疗有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the percutaneous biopsy with CT navigation in diagnosis of spondylopathy. Methods Ct guided percutaneous biopsy was performed in 36 patients with spodylopathy. Result The performance of 36（100%） patients were successful and able to acquire samples of the lesions, In 32（88.9%） patients pathologic results were obtained. Conclusion CT-guided vertebral biopsy is safe, reliable, less complication, high accuracy and together with clear demonstration of the position of puncture needle and the complex anatomic structures nearby, providing basic information for further clinical treatment. |
