“一站式”服务在产科门诊中的应用研究

摘    要:目的探讨"一站式"服务对提高产科门诊就诊速度及健康教育效果的影响。方法对产科传统模式与"一站式"服务模式效果在就诊时间、护理满意度、健康教育效果方面进行对比。结果"一站式"服务简化了产检服务流程,节省了病人时间,15min即可完成挂号交费、取药和血标本,完成率提高60%,社会公众对医疗服务的满意度提高6%,健康教育达标率提高30%。结论"一站式"服务可形成医护患三者的良好互动,方便孕产妇就诊就医,收到良好的就诊保健效果。

Abstract:ObjectiveDiscuss on "one - stop" services improving obstetrics specialist out - patient attendance rate and the effect of health education. Methods Compare the effect of visit time, nursing care satisfaction, and health education between traditional service mode and "one - stop" service in obstetrics clinics. Results "One - stop" services can simplify the process of obstetric examination, saving the patient's time, in 15 minutes to complete registration fees, get medicine and blood samples, 60 per cent increase the fullfil rate and 6% improve the public satisfaction to medical services, increased health education standard rate of 30%. Conclusion "One - stop" services result in the good interaction among doctor, nurse and patient, facilitate the pregnant women attending medical treat- ment, received good effects of healthcare.
