| 摘 要： | 目的使根治性全膀胱切除回肠新膀胱术后患者尽快恢复规律排尿。方法制定训练目的、进程、对术后病人进行系统训练指导。结果通过系统的训练指导,使膀胱全切除回肠新膀胱术后病人3-7个月可规律排尿。结论系统的排尿训练对膀胱全切除回肠新膀胱术后病人恢复规律排尿是有用的。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To made the patient urinate normally after radical cystectomy with ileal conduit. Methods Bladder training of the patient micturation systemically includes explaining the aim and the process. Results All patient could micturate regularly after 3 - 7 months. Conclusion Training the patient urinate systemically is helpful to the patient with ileal Conduit. |
