注射用生长抑素治疗大咯血临床观察

目的观察注射用生长抑素治疗大咯血的临床疗效和安全性,为临床治疗方案的制定提供参考。方法选取我院收治的大咯血患者46例,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各23例。两组患者均针对基础病给予相应的对症治疗,对照组加用脑垂体后叶素进行治疗,观察组加用注射用生长抑素进行治疗,观察其临床疗效和不良反应。结果观察组的总有效率为95.65%,显著高于对照组(65.22%)(p<0.05);治疗过程中,观察组患者腹痛、头痛、恶心、心悸的发生率(26.09%、8.70%、0.00%、13.04%)均显著低于对照组(56.52%、39.13%、52.17%、43.48%)(均p<0.05)。结论注射用生长抑素治疗大咯血具有良好的临床疗效,且安全性高,值得临床上进一步推广应用。

CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF THE EFFECT OF SOMATOSTATIN INJECTION ON THE MASSIVE HEMOPTYSIS

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of somatostatin in the treatment of massive hemoptysis, and to provide the reference for clinical treatment. Methods 46 patients with massive hemoptysis were selected in our hospital. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 23 cases in each. Two groups of patients were given symptomatic treatment measures corresponding to the basis of disease, while the pa- tients in the control group were treated with Pituitrin treatment, in observation group were treated with somatostatin in- jection. The clinical curative effect and adverse reaction of both were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 95.65%, significantly higher than that of the control group （65. 22% ） （p 〈0.05） ; the inci- dence of abdominal pain, headache, nausea, palpitation during the treatment was 26. 09%, 8. 70%, 0%, 13.04% respectively in the observation group, they were significantly lower than those in the control group （56. 52%, 39. 13%, 52. 17%, 43.48% ） （p 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Somatostatin has a good clinical effect in the treatment of massive hemoptysis, it is high safety, and worthy of further clinical application.
