颅脑外伤急性期血糖、C反应蛋白的改变与神经系统功能损伤的相关研究

摘    要:目的探讨颅脑外伤急性期血糖、C反应蛋白的改变与神经系统功能损伤程度及预后的相关性。方法随机对64例颅脑外伤患者伤后24 h内采集外周静脉血检测血清中血糖、血常规获得指标。结果对比发现颅脑外伤患者急性期血清中血糖、C反应蛋白水平均明显升高,且按格拉斯哥(GCS)评分损伤程度越严重,上述指标升高越明显,并与损伤的预后也有相关性,损伤早期血糖、C反应蛋白升高越明显,预后越差。结论颅脑外伤患者急性期血清血糖、C反应蛋白水平的改变,可以反映病情变化,评估预后。

STUDY ON THE CORRELATION BETWEEN THE CHANGES OF BLOOD GLUCOSE AND C -CREATIVE PROTEIN AND THE DAMAGE OF NERVOUS SYSTEM FUNCTION OF PA- TIENTS WITH ACUTE TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY

Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation between the changes of glucose and C -reactive protein and the degree and prognosis of nervous function damage of patients with acute traumatic brain injury. Method Randomly sixty - four cases of peripheral blood glucose and complete blood routine data were collected within 24h af- ter traumatic brain injury. Result It was found that blood glucose, C - reactive protein were significantly increased among patients with acute traumatic brain injury compare to normal value. And the lower score of the Glasgow ( GCS), the more elevate of the blood glucose, white blood cells, neutrophils and C - reactive protein. We also found that the more elevated blood glucose and C - reactive protein in early stage correlated with the worse prognosis. Conclusion Acute traumatic brain injury patients with nervous function damage have significant changes of blood glucose and C - reactive protein, which correlates with the degree of injury and prognosis.
