| 摘 要： | 尿毒症合并脊柱结核,尤其是合并颈椎结核的患者临床上不常见.我院近日收冶1例尿毒症合并颈椎结核的患者,但治疗不理想,现报告如下,以寻求有效的治疗方式.
患者韩某,男,57岁,汉族,既往有尿毒症病史8年,并一直于当地医院做血液透析,每周3次,症状控制可.
