绩效评价在临床优质护理管理中的应用与效果

摘    要:目的探索绩效评价在临床优质护理服务中的应用及其效果,以调动护士工作的积极性和主动性,提高护理质量。方法设计护士工作绩效考核项目、具体内容及每项分值,对护士绩效进行量化考核,并评价其效果。结果在优质护理服务中实施护士绩效评价,护理质量及患者和医生对护理工作满意度均显著提高。结论临床优质护理服务中实施量化的护士绩效考核,有助于提高护士工作的主观能动性和积极性,增强服务意识,提高护理质量和护理管理效率,提高患者及医生对护理工作的满意度。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application and effects of performance evaluation in clinical high-quality nursing service so as to arouse the enthusiasm and initiative of the nurses and improve the nursing quality. Methods The performance evaluation items of nurses job, detailed contents and certain scores to every item were designed for the quantitative evaluation. The effects were evaluated accordingly. Results Performance evaluation in clinical high-quality nursing service promoted the nursing quality and enhanced the degree of nursing satisfaction of the doctors and patients. Conclusion The quantitative performance evaluation in clinical high-quality nursing service contributes to promoting the initiative and enthusiasm of the nurses, enhancing the service awareness, improving the nursing quality and nursing management efficiency and elevating the nursing satisfaction of patients and doctors.
