| 摘 要： | 目的通过覆盖基牙的应用,分析其对下颌全口覆盖义齿固位及稳定的影响.方法选取下颌严重牙列缺损患者,通过对颌弓内余留天然牙、残冠、残根作相应覆盖基牙的设计、处理,完成下颌全口覆盖义齿的制作.结果长冠顶盖及桩核式覆盖义齿的固位、稳定明显改善.短冠顶盖及根管口充填式覆盖义齿的固位、稳定改善不明显;但远期追踪表明覆盖基牙根周牙槽骨无明显吸收.结论覆盖基牙的应用对改善下颌全口覆盖义齿的固位与稳定有积极意义.

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the effects of overlay abutment o n the retention and stability of mandible complete overlay denture Metho ds Patients with serious defects of mandible dentition were chosen to for m a mandible complete overlay denture after specific designs and treatments acco rding to the remaining natural teeth, residual crowns and roots of the innate de ntal arch Results The retention and stability of the overlay de nture with long crown cap and post core improved significantly Although no o bvious improvement was observed in cases of short crown cap and root canal gap filling, follow up study showed no clear atrophy of the alveolar bone of overla y abutment Conclusion The application of overlay abutment helps in improving the retention and stability of mandible complete overlay denture |
