| 摘 要： | 膝骨性关节炎(KOA)是以膝关节软骨的变性、周围韧带松弛、肌肉萎缩及滑膜炎症等为主要特征的临床综合征。针刀治疗KOA可缓解疼痛、改善功能、延缓病程、提高患者生活质量,然其机制尚不明确。笔者总结针刀治疗KOA的相关文献,从分子生物学、生物力学、血液流变学、中枢镇痛机制等方面对针刀治疗KOA的机制研究概况进行总结,从而深化针刀治疗KOA的认识,为临床运用针刀治疗KOA提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is a clinical syndrome characterized by degeneration of knee cartilage,laxity of peripheral ligaments,muscle atrophy and synovial inflammation.Acupotomy can relieve the pain,improve the function,delay the development and improve the life quality of the patients in the treatment of KOA,however the mechanism is still unclear.This study summarized the relevant literature on acupotomy in treating KOA in terms of molecular biology,biomechanics,hemorheology and central analgesia mechanism.It provided theory basis for acupotomy in the treatment of KOA. |
